Candidate requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Lead Generation manager, Sales Development Representative, or in a related field in the company, providing IT outsourcing services, at least 0.5 years;
- English language proficiency at a level not lower than B2 (Upper intermediate)
- Strong desire to learn and develop to keep up with the latest trends and technologies industry;
- Strong problem solving and communication skills;
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with Fiverr and Upwork;
- Available real sales experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively searching for potential customers on the Fiverr platform, analyzing their needs and formulating offers using the ideal customer profile (ICP) ;
- Optimizing the profile on Fiverr, creating attractive tasks, maintaining rating and reviews;
- Communication with clients: conducting negotiations, closing deals, ensuring a high level of service;
- Analysis of the market and competitors: monitoring of market trends, analysis of competitors, adaptation of strategy to changes;
- Creation of reports on the work performed.
