What project we have for you To accelerate our exponential growth, we are hiring a Lead Generation Manager (Cold Outreach) for the Digital Segment. You will be responsible for managing the team of Sales Development Representatives and Researchers and work closely with Sales team to scale, streamline and accelerate Pipeline Building. What you will do Responsibilities: Design, and execute consistent Campaign Management process structure, work in close alignment with other departments within Intellias: Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations. Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, phone, and social media outreach. Consistently analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead -generation campaigns.Manage budget for lead generation tools.Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists and researchers.Monitor and report on the progress of lead-generation campaigns.Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead generation campaigns.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure planning and execution consistency. What you need for this Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing & sales or lead generation. 1+ years in people management roles. Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software. Understanding various tools used for Research, Outreach, Sales Cycle principles and Data Flows. Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills. Strong project management skills – planning and execution of the initiative, setting up consistent reporting, KPIs for the team to drive results.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Proficient English level (C1).Will be a plus:Experience in complex sales processes with cross-department cooperation.Any other foreign language (especially Spanish/French/Polish/German).What it’s like to work at IntelliasWhy Lead Generation?Critical Business Function: Lead generation is a fundamental aspect of the sales and marketing process.
