You will work closely with a Leadgen team and C-level executives, where you will upgrade your professional skills in a supportive environment.You will get a unique opportunity to participate in weekly meetings with experienced Lead generation specialists from 8 companies that are members of InSotf.Partners group to learn, share knowledge and experience, brainstorm and overcome obstacles together.Job Requirements— 1+ year of commercial experience in IT industry;— know how to work with LinkedIn (create LinkedIn campaigns);— experience with creating LinkedIn accounts;— experience with any sales automation tool (Snov.io, Reply.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Helper);— strong and effective communication skills;— English level — B2 is a must;— open to absorb new knowledge and get experience;— quick decision-maker and a fast learner.Responsibilities— work with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, create outreach campaigns;— prepare roadshow campaigns for C-level executives;— full-cycle lead generation — create a general campaign logic, write messages for it, collect a database, set up the tools, launch the campaign, and lead correspondence;Selection Process— HR Interview;— Test task;— Interview with the CEO and the Head of Department;— Final decision.Job Benefits— competitive salary according to the qualifications;— 40 hours per week , flexible working hours;— remote or hybrid work model (office location: Lviv, 4, Volodymyr Velykyi str.);— 18-days paid vacation; 5 days paid sick leave, 11 state holidays;accounting support;— professional development and well-being (English/professional courses/sports are partially compensated by the company);— the agile approach to management and no bureaucracy;— participation in specialized conferences, training programs, and seminars.
