About the Role
SoftImply is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to fully own LinkedIn outbound and initial written communication with potential clients.
This is a highly systematic and routine-focused role. We need someone with real hands-on LinkedIn outbound experience who is comfortable working with repetitive processes and is strongly results-driven. LinkedIn is the primary channel for this role. There is a clear growth path to Sales Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow LinkedIn accounts (personal and company)
- Create consistent activity: posts, comments, likes
- Run manual and semi-automated LinkedIn outreach
- Research leads and build structured lead databases
- Test and validate hypotheses (ICP, niches, messaging)
- Optimize profiles and outreach messages based on performance
- Maintain and update lead statuses and pipelines
- Work daily with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, LinkedHelper
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in IT lead generation / LinkedIn outbound
- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach
- Confident use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, LinkedHelper (or similar tools)
- Understanding of B2B sales and sales funnel basics
- English level B2+ (written communication)
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and structured thinking
- High tolerance for routine and repetitive outbound work
Candidates without real LinkedIn outbound experience will not be considered.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building LinkedIn outbound processes from scratch
- Understanding of DevOps and cloud infrastructure services (Azure, CI/CD)
- Experience with multiple automation tools
- Interest in growing into a Sales Manager role
