Key criteria: We are looking for someone who sees themselves in building a lead generation and sales system from scratch — from cold outreach to lead transfer or even closing. Those who get pleasure not from repeating ready-made scripts, but from creating their own approaches, finding target markets and the right contacts. A person who is interested in working with clients from the USA, Canada, the EU and Australia, who thinks in terms of metrics and analytics, is ready to independently test hypotheses, build funnels and take responsibility for the result. This is a role for someone who wants to grow into a sales manager and build a strong system in an outsourced architecture and design services business.
What to do:
- Generation of leads through cold outreach (LinkedIn, Email)
- Working with leads on Upwork
- Conducting initial qualification of leads according to ICP
- Building and maintaining a database of potential customers in CRM Hubspot
- Interaction with Team Leaders and CEOs on the transfer of "warm" leads
- A/B testing of email campaigns and ongoing optimization of scripts
- Development of new engagement channels and support of outreach processes
- Development of automations in n8n.io and Make

Experience: experience working with clients from the US, Canada, EU or Australia will be a plus

- Skills in using ChatGPT, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cloude, Grinfi, n8n.io, Make
- Ability to create personalized message scripts, email campaigns, and work with cold outreach

Languages: Ukrainian - Upper Intermediate (B2) - Advanced (C1)
Internship:
*Can be terminated sooner in case of unsatisfactory results
ZP: Bet $300-$500 + bonus for each SQL
