Lead generation manager (IT company, remote) in UBTECH

UBtech - an IT company engaged in the development of websites, e-commerce solutions, CRM systems and mobile applications for business. We work with clients from Ukraine, Europe and the USA.

We are expanding the team and are looking for a lead generation specialist who will help systematically find new clients and form a stable flow of leads.

Responsibilities

• search for potential clients (Upwork, LinkedIn, email, Telegram, other platforms)

• daily cold outreach (messages, letters, offers)

• initial communication and qualification of leads

• designation of calls for sales/manager

• keeping records of contacts in tables/CRM

Requirements

• responsibility and systematicity

• willingness to work with cold outreach

• ability to write and communicate a lot

• basic English for correspondence (possible with a translator)

• experience in lead generation / sales / marketing will be an advantage

Will a plus

• experience with Upwork / LinkedIn

• experience in sales or marketing

• interest in the IT field
