We are looking forLead Generation Manager who will help us find and attract new clients through Upwork, LinkedIn< /b> (Sales Navigator) and also maintain communication in HubSpot CRM.

< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Responsibilities:

1. Finding clients and submitting applications:

  • Write individual and thoughtful cover letters on Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize the project search process with the help of AI tools (Grammarly, ChatGPT).

2. Lead management:

  • Qualify leads (define SQL) and measure their ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) fit.
  • Add new leads to HubSpot CRM and keep relevant bases.
  • Following up old leads, greetings with holidays, organization of communications.

3. Analysis and reporting:

  • Daily and monthly reporting on work results.
  • Participation in the development and implementation of strategies to improve performance.

4. Development:

  • Constantly improve communication skills.
  • Desire to grow into the position of Sales Manager and help build a strong sales force.

Our expectations from you:

  • Understanding IT field, technologies and programming languages;
  • More than 1 year of experience in IT;
  • Experience with Upwork is a must;
  • Understanding the needs of the client and the ability to translate them during written communication;
  • Initiative and result-oriented;
  • Excellent written English: C1 level and above (spoken English will be a plus).
