Lead Generation Manager in TAS

We are Bato, a full-service web design and development agency, and we are looking for a Lead Generator to help us implement our growth strategy in the US and EU markets.

Responsibilities:< /strong>

• Finding potential leadson platforms such as: LinkedIn, Upwork, Codeur, etc. Attracting them with the help of attractive offers and cover letters with further communication and leading to an organic contact with the sales manager.
• Initial communication on incoming applications.
• < u>Working with company profiles and other lead generation tools (monitoring the relevance of presentations, references, etc.).
• CRM management: ensure the maintenance of up-to-date customer documentation in our CRM -system.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT, sales or lead generation
< li>Communication skills (competent spoken and written English)
• Independence and accountability
• Time management
• Attention to detail
• Aspiration to development
• Orientation on results
• *knowledge of the French language - will be a huge plus!
