Location Requirements: EU, Ukraine (with the ability totravel abroad). Interviewing approach: Recruitment screening: A30-minute interview with one ofour recruiters toassess your fit for the role and the company. You will also have the chance toask any questions you may have about the position. Head ofLead Generation Manager: A30-minute interview with the Head ofLead Generation Manager, who will evaluate your skills and experience inlead generation and CRMsystems. You will also discuss your previous projects and achievements. Head ofSales: A30-minute interview with the Head ofSales, who will assess your knowledge ofthe market and the industry, aswell asyour communication and presentation skills. Final round: A30-minute discussion with the People Partner tocheck the cultural fit. English: good English written and communication skills (B1preferred). Requirements: Atleast 1.5— 2+years ofexperience inlead generation orasimilar role; Experience working inanIT company and knowledge ofthe current market; Experience with CRMsystems, AIsales, and automation tools; Good English written and communication skills; Awork ethic that focuses not only ontargets but onresults; Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms; Acreative and strategic mindset, with apassion for innovation and growth. Responsibilities: Overseeing the creation and management oflead capture and nurturing systems, using CRMsystems, AIsales and automation tools, and other marketing techniques and tools; Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams toensure alignment and collaboration onlead generation goals and activities; Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies toidentify opportunities and challenges for lead generation; Researching and identifying the most useful sources and resources tofind leads, such asonline platforms, databases, events, etc.; Updating and maintaining the current warm database ofleads and prospects, ensuring data quality and accuracy; Reporting and tracking the performance and results oflead generation campaigns and activities, using data and insights tooptimize and improve lead generation efforts; Working not only with cold search but with alot ofnetworking sources from where leads are converted faster; Following established sales plans for bringing new business and doable KPIs and targets.
