Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Part-Time Lead Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients interested in hiring Ukrainian tech professionals for remote positions. Your work will be crucial in expanding our network and creating job opportunities for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

-Client Prospecting: Identify and research companies in Europe and the USA that may benefit from hiring Ukrainian tech talents.
-Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through email, social media, and other channels to introduce our platform and services.
-Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and explaining how FNDIT can assist them.
-Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to ensure they align with our services and have the potential to hire our candidates.
-Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized record of leads, tracking interactions and follow-up actions.
-Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed targets for lead generation and client acquisition.

Requirements:

-Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, particularly in the tech or recruitment sectors.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
-Good research and analytical abilities to identify and qualify potential leads.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving targets.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position. You will earn a competitive commission fee for each candidate successfully hired by a client you secure.
