Lead Generation Manager in Kozak Group

Kozak Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our team. If you have a knack for sales operations and are proficient in various tools and methodologies, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize sales processes using HubSpot, Asana, LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Lemlist, ChatGPT-4 prompts, and Apollo.
• Create custom bids on Upwork.
• Implement the ABM (Account-Based Marketing) approach.
• Write custom follow-up messages to engage potential clients.
• Understand and manage the full software development cycle.
• Conduct custom data research to support sales strategies.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Experience with HubSpot, Asana, LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Lemlist, ChatGPT-4 prompts, and Apollo.
• Ability to create custom Upwork bids.
• Familiarity with the ABM approach.
• Skill in writing custom follow-ups.
• Understanding of the full software development cycle.
• Capability to perform custom data research.

Good to Have:

• Previous experience in a company similar to Kozak Group.
• Experience with client calls.
• German language skills would be a significant plus.
