Kozak Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our team. If you have a knack for sales operations and are proficient in various tools and methodologies, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales processes using HubSpot, Asana, LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Lemlist, ChatGPT-4 prompts, and Apollo.
- Create custom bids on Upwork.
- Implement the ABM (Account-Based Marketing) approach.
- Write custom follow-up messages to engage potential clients.
- Understand and manage the full software development cycle.
- Conduct custom data research to support sales strategies.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana, LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Lemlist, ChatGPT-4 prompts, and Apollo.
- Ability to create custom Upwork bids.
- Familiarity with the ABM approach.
- Skill in writing custom follow-ups.
- Understanding of the full software development cycle.
- Capability to perform custom data research.
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in a company similar to Kozak Group.
- Experience with client calls.
- German language skills would be a significant plus.
