Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to spearhead our lead acquisition efforts and contribute to our business development strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective lead generation programs and nurturing potential clients to drive business growth.

 

📌 Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Utilize LinkedIn automation tools and contact databases for targeted outreach.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing sequences to engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine lead generation processes continually.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in LinkedIn functionalities, demonstrating proven results in lead generation.

     

🤝 What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Lead Generation Manager, Business Development Manager, or Business Development Representative role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience in creating and managing communication sequences without relying on AI tools.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn automation tools and contact databases; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful lead generation on LinkedIn.
