Lead Generation Manager in CLICKABLE

We are a leading Ukrainian company that offers complex solutions in the field of web design, advertising and graphic design. Our team consists of talented and experienced designers, animators, developers, and other skilled professionals who solve design tasks of various shapes and sizes.

We are currently looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Manager to help us grow our client base and effectively promote our services with UpWork.
 You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads by searching for opportunities on the platform.

For this job, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation on UpWork, preferably in outstaffing/outsourcing companies;
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency;
- Strong writing skills to create meaningful and persuasive cover letters ;
- Ability to analyze information and identify patterns;
- High level of self-organization and result orientation;
- Attention to details.

Will be a plus:< /strong>
- Previous experience in sales, marketing and IT;
- Experience with CRM systems and other lead generation tools.
- Copywriting skills.
< br/>Your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Researching, identifying and reaching potential customers through Upwork;
- Regularly analyzing the market and adapting strategies to achieve maximum efficiency;< br/>- Writing individual cover letters;
- Preparing and holding presentations demonstrating the advantages of our services;
- Working in close cooperation with the team of designers/developers and sales.
