Requirements :

• B2 and higher English with exceptional writing skills
• Ability to think outside the box and create distinctive bids
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus
• Strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor the designated spreadsheet for new Upwork leads and respond within 20 minutes
• Craft compelling commercial proposals, incorporating credentials of past projects we have handled
• Pose relevant questions, address potential challenges, and provide customized solutions in the bid
• Ensure that each bid is unique and creatively structured to stand out in a competitive market

Two work schedule options:

Night shift: works from 21:00 to 5:00.

Weekends: from 10:00 to 18:00.
