We are looking for a Lead Generation Leader for Casta, who will be responsible for development and implementation of strategies to increase the number of active sellers. This role involves managing lead generation campaigns, analyzing performance data and optimizing processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
Key Area of Responsibility:
1. Developing a Lead Acquisition Strategy
* Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities to increase the number of sellers.
* Creating strategies tailored to different seller segments to increase their participation.< /p>
* Launching effective campaigns to attract new partners and increase participation in affiliate programs.
2. Campaign Management and Performance
* Development and implementation of a performance indicator system to measure the success of campaigns.
* Create an effective department structure and optimize processes to improve productivity.
* Ensuring close cooperation of the team and effective implementation of strategic goals.
3. Use of data and statistics to measure success and continuous improvement of strategy
* Accountability for P&L and cost effectiveness.
* Regular analysis of strategy performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

* Using data to make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of strategy and campaigns.
4. Team Collaboration
* Work closely with Marketing, Product and Finance teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals.
* Provide leadership and direction to ensure all teams are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
