We are looking for acool Lead generation manager! Together with us, you will have the opportunity to work with large-scale projects and the global market!
How we see our future Lead generation manager:
- you have at least 6 months of relevant experience in sourcing and lead generation
-finding clients "in the cold" is your superpower
- you are excellent at analyzing a large amount of information according to the given criteria
- you are as systematic and focused on the process as possible, and at the same time, you are ready for rapid changes in work processes and masterfully know how to adapt to them, because we will test together with you have many hypotheses
- you have unsurpassed skills in negotiations and correspondence with potential clients, in a word, you are a communicator of the highest level =)
- you perfectly understand how mass automated mailings work on various channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- quick parsing of various databases for you, don't trylemma
Your main tasks will be:
- search for new leads from various outbound channels
- cold calls ( sometimes possible - yes, but extremely rarely) and mailings
- bringing the lead to the clouser, therefore, direct selling is not part of your duties, your the task is to advise a potential client and bring him to the closer)
- conducting research of search channels on LinkedIn, search engines, portals and social networks Facebook and Instagram etc., and the selection of leads according to the ICP portrait
- maintaining information in the CRM system
