Xedrum is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Lead Generation Manager to join our internship program (3 months, with the continuation of work after).

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and attract potential clients on the Upwork platform
• Analyse and evaluate potential projects
• Prepare and send proposals to clients
• Maintain communication with prospective clients
• Manage client databases and reporting

Requirements:

• Upper intermediate English level
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM remotely
