Lead Gen Researcher in KOSMO

About KOSMOKOSMO is a Talent Relocation Platform. We help tech professionals and entrepreneurs from all over the world relocate to the UK.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for creating lead lists and reviewing them ensuring they match the criteria.Target profiles:(1) Tech startup founders and C-level team members(2) Senior professionals from the tech industry with strong public profiles. Both technical (e.g. developer) and business (e.g. product manager) specialisations. (3) Founders and top team members at VCs, Incubators, AcceleratorsThe process will consist of 2 broad stages: (1) Generating long lists using various sources and applying filters, (2) Manually reviewing leads further narrowing them down, and forming shortlists meeting the required criteria.Criteria that need to be verified manually: (1) Experience in product IT (NOT outsourcing or outstaff or agency), (2) Strong public profile (publications, speaking, awards, etc.).You will use LinkedIn, Angel List, Crunch Base, and other tools and databases.Responsibilities- Generate lead lists- Review and filter leads manually (only when it is not possible to filter automatically)- Maintain Google Sheets / Excel tables- Develop and maintain the process to filter out leads that were analyzed previously- Launch and manage campaigns on LinkedHelper- Analyse campaign results extracting conclusions and improving the processRequirements- Experience in similar lead gen role- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedHelper- Ability to manually narrow down the listsWhat We Offer- Part-time and/or Project-base role - Full remote- Opportunity to transition to a full-time role
