This role requires a technical background in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and leadership skills to manage the delivery of solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, recommend technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, identifying gaps in current systems and proposing solutions.
• Lead the design and deployment of Lambda functions and API Gateways using Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation.

• DevOps and Automation:
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, focusing on AWS and Azure DevOps practices.
• Guide the DevOps engineer to Automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform and manage version control via GitHub .
• Oversee GitHub administration and Azure Pipeline management, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

• Monitoring & Observability:
• Leverage tools like New Relic , DataDog , and CloudWatch to ensure the health, performance, and availability of applications and infrastructure.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and logging practices to maintain operational excellence.

• Collaboration & Leadership:
• Engage daily with leadership and other teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of cloud and DevOps projects.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly status reports for senior leadership, providing insights into project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Effective communication and coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.

• Optional: Solution and Initiative Scoping
• Define the scope and requirements for DevOps initiatives, aligning with business goals and technical constraints.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with monitoring tools like New Relic , DataDog , and CloudWatch to maintain high availability and system performance.
• Strong knowledge of  AWS services and Azure Pipelines , with the ability to manage complex CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitHub administration , including branching strategies, pull requests, and access control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to interact with leadership and technical teams on a daily basis.
• Ability to identify system gaps, recommend best practices, and drive continuous improvement in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to define the scope of new initiatives and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
