Lead Designer in Netgame

We have been developing our own products in the iGaming sphere for 14 years, continuously improving them and, of course, launching new modern projects with thousands of DAUs.

We are currently looking for a skilled Lead Designer who will work on several projects: improving existing products, creating new brands, while setting high design standards for other team members.

It will be cool if you have:

• 5+ years of web experience - design, corporate style development;
• Strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve goals;
• Exceptional skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and InDesign;
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent;
• High project and team management skills;
• Strong visual design skills, aesthetic sense and beauty;
• Knowledge of modern design trends;
• Creative thinking, broad outlook;
• Ability to work quickly and within short deadlines;
• Strong communication skills, ability to build effective interaction with internal customers and team members.

Basic tasks:

• Planning, effective time management and team priorities to ensure deadlines are met, without sacrificing the quality of results;
• Development and maintenance of a single unique style of each project and work on the brand book;< /li>
• Collaboration with other teams, including working closely with the product owner and the marketing team to achieve common goals, awareness brand and "successful success" of projects.
