We invite a Leading Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our team.

What will you do:

• budget formation and personnel cost analysis;
• participate in methodology development and KPI setting;
• propose ideas for improvement or develop new corporate standards in the field of C&B (internal policies and procedures, regulations, regulations);
• participate in process automation and reporting in the personnel management systemSAP (HCM);
• preparation of analytical calculations and presentation materials;

You are our ideal candidate if:

• have a higher economic education;
• experience working in the SAP system (HCM);
• mastery of Excel at an expert level (pivotal tables, complex formulas) ;
• ability to work with large amounts of information.
