Lead Business Analyst (IT Enterprise) in Everstar

We are currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst for our client - one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for defense needs of Ukraine.

The team focuses on constant improvement of board characteristics, use of new approaches and technologies. Own production facilities allow you to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Higher education in IT, economics, management or related fields areas;
• 5+ years of work experience in the field of business analysis or ERP projects;
• 2+ years of experience in management positions in the relevant field;
• Deep understanding of principles and methods of business analysis;
• Experience in writing functional and technical requirements;
• Knowledge of the BPMN 2.0 standard;
• Experience of participation in the implementation of ERP or other corporate systems;
• Ability to work effectively with Jira and Confluence tools.

Future duties:

• Management of a team of business analysts: organization of work, allocation of tasks by areas (finance, accounting, procurement, production, logistics, HR, etc.), performance quality control.
• Collection and analysis of requirements: formation of functional and technical requirements based on interviews with users and process analysis.
• Documentation: preparation of functional specifications, technical tasks, process diagrams (BPMN 2.0), User Story.
• Communication: ensuring effective interaction between business units, developers, system architect and ERP consultants.
• Methodological support: implementation of a unified approach to the description of processes, requirements and testing of solutions.
• Quality control of solutions: participation in development acceptance, functional testing, verification of implementation compliance with requirements.
• Team development: mentoring, professional development, training in methodologies business analysis.
• Participation in digital transformation projects: coordination of scope, priorities and tasks within ERP project boundaries.
