Our mission is to create a convenient decentralized world of finance where everyone is the owner of their assets. Our team is constantly growing, and we are currently looking for a Lead Blockchain Engineer.

Your profile:
— At least 1 year of experience in a Lead position.
— At least 5 years of server-side development experience.
— At least 3 years of blockchain development experience.
— Solid TypeScript, Node.js, Nestjs experience.
— Solid PostgreSQL and Data architecture experience.
— Experience in Docker and containerization.
— Experience in creating architecture with Microservices or Serverless approaches.
— Experience with Unit and Functional testing.
— Experience with the EVM\Solidity or any other blockchain ecosystem.
— Strong writing and speaking skills of communication in English.

Will be a plus:
— Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
— Demonstrated excellence in software engineering; including exposure to distributed systems, scalability, and algorithms.

What you will do?
— Work with the team daily ensuring teammates have a clear understanding of deliverables and have a comfortable work environment.
— Manage the project delivery in an agile manner.
— Write scalable, reliable, and high-performance code.
— High unit and functional testing coverage.
— Pure CI/CD flows, from local to production.
— Outside-the-box architectural solutions.

You will be in charge of estimation and providing technical solutions with the right technologies used, guiding a team on how to implement the solution. Also, you will be in charge of onboarding, growing, and mentoring your team.

Vacations and sick leaves:
