We are a rapidly growing software house, also developing our own products, including AI-driven solutions like audomate.eu . We undertake projects for leading companies in their respective sectors, both in Poland and internationally. We are looking for someone who is eager to become a core part of our new and dynamic company, with the opportunity to grow alongside us and enjoy all the associated benefits (e.g. equity shares).

Your main responsibility will be to lead the technological aspects of a multi-year project for a top-tier company in Poland, collaborating closely with our team. You will have a significant impact on shaping the technology stack and architecture, ensuring the project's long-term success.

Work flexibly, choosing between our great office in Warsaw (Chmielna 132) or remote work, while attending meetings at the client’s office in Warsaw at least a few times per month.

We offer you the freedom to select the equipment you feel most comfortable working with, within an allocated budget, ensuring you have the tools you need to succeed in your role.

Must Have:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency and documented professional experience in at least one backend language/framework (e.g. Node.js, Java).
• Practical experience with basic tools such as Git, Docker, or Linux terminal.
• Experience in project/team leadership.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
