Lead AI Engineer in Integration.app

Integration.app is a fast-growing US-based startup building next-gen integration infrastructure for SaaS companies.

In this role, you will drive our Integration AI component. It uses context about how our product works and how specific SaaS application APIs work to help developers on every step of building and managing integrations inside their apps. It:

• Answers integration-related questions and suggests solutions in a ChatGPT-like mode, but with focus on integrations.
• Suggest specific mappings and code to build integration connectors.

• Suggest implementation of integration middleware across dozens of applications at once.

   

You will be responsible for the full scope of implementing our AI: from building infrastructure to collecting data to implementing UX. There are other people on the team who will help you with specific aspects of building AI, but you need to understand and be capable of working on it end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving development of Integration AI component of our product end-to-end (from LLM infrastructure to front-end UI).
• Being on top of the latest developments in LLM ecosystem to pick the best tools for the job, and informing the rest of the team on what is possible and how it works.

• Collecting usage data from our customers and using it to improve the product further.

   

Requirements:

• Great understanding of LLMs, their capabilities and limitations, and current ecosystem of LLM-related tools, libraries, and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of full-stack development in Typescript.
• Proven experience of developing practical applications using LLMs.

• Excellent written and fluent spoken English.
