Recruitment Process

We want to carry out the process quickly and efficiently, so you will take part in three recruitment steps.


1) HR interview with one of our talent acquisition consultants, during which you will get more details about the company, the project and team. we also will discuss your current professional situation and your plans for career development.

2) Technical interview with one of our technical guys - you will discuss technical details and challenges to face on the project as well as share your technical background

3) Final interview with the management team (team manager, people partner and delivery manager) - more broad discussion to summarize the process and a perfect chance for you to talk to management team.

  • Strong knowledge of Java and analyzing, designing, and implementing features in AEM 6.5
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service
  • Experience in active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Status Meeting, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection)
  • Knowledge of AEM Setup/Configuration, Capacity Planning, caching, and performance optimization
  • Strong capabilities in diagnosing and solving technical problems during the development
  • Good Knowledge in maintaining client libraries and the introduction and usage of next-gen frontend frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of AEM Sites and AEM Assets
  • Leadership skills – strong communication and collaboration skills, decision making skills, ability to provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Very experienced in integration approaches of 3rd party systems
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
  • Strong desire to learn more about business every day

,[Participate in software design, development, and implementation of Adobe AEM (Provide advanced-level technical design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation skills) , Provide oversight, planning, and technical direction to development teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects Ensure the software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews , Assessremaining work effort for time to complete estimates Interface with the client in support of integration design Interface with engagement and project managers to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and to conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning , Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards for design and development , Provide motivation and guidance to the development team during the systems development life cycle , Diagnose and solve technical problems encountered during the development , Support the team when it comes to technical decisions and mentoring. ]

Requirements: AEM, Adobe Experience Manager, Cloud, Java, Mentoring, Analytical mindset
Tools: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
