responsibilities:

• Contracting work on the results of procurement procedures of the Directorate for Procurement
• Developing templates for contractual documents that are a direct result of the procurement procedure
• Initiation of agreements agreements, additional agreements in the SAP system
?
• Interaction with other units of the company and counterparties on control of the timeliness
• Organization and control of the approval of all terms of contractual documents, whose author is both within the company and with counterparties
• Understanding the basics of accounting and tax accounting and taxation of businesses
• Knowledge of the principles of jurisprudence, principles of contractual work, work with import contracts

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the basics of customs, financial, civil, tax, economic, labor legislation of Ukraine
• Developed leadership, organizational, analytical, communicative and personal qualities
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate+
