Responsibilities: Advising startups inthe iGaming sector and operators with market experience, including preparing Legal Opinions. Obtaining international and local B2C and B2B gambling licenses invarious jurisdictions. Opening corporate and merchant accounts. Drafting policies for iGaming projects (Terms ofUse, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYCPolicy, Underage Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, Bonuses Policy, etc.). Registration ofpayment agents inspecific jurisdictions. Drafting various contracts such asS&PA, PAA, SPA, SHA, etc. Analyze and monitor legislation ingambling regulation and online gambling advertising, ensuring compliance with client projects. Conducting legal, due diligence, and counterparty verification. Mentoring junior colleagues. Negotiating with regulatory authorities, partners, and subcontractors. Reviewing, drafting, and conducting negotiations regarding commercial contracts and corporate documents. Legal support ofoperators’ daily activities. Analyzing, monitoring, and clarifying corporate, tax, and other legislation provisions inkey jurisdictions. Ensuring companies’ proper physical and economic presence inrelevant jurisdictions. Requirements: 2+years ofexperience inthe gambling industry (consulting/in-house): including the creation ofonline casinos and betting platforms, registering iGaming companies, obtaining gambling licenses (international and local), drafting key iGaming policies, organizing operators’ work with payment agents, opening operational and PSP accounts (fiat and crypto) inforeign financial institutions, and drafting contracts with software and game providers. Professional proficiency inEnglish atlevel B2and above. Information search and analysis skills, mastery oftools for finding relevant legal information. Practical experience increating and administering international corporate and tax structures inmultiple jurisdictions, tax planning, and understanding the specifics ofworking with high-risk clients. Understanding the main approaches and trends inregulating online gambling indifferent countries/regions. In-depth knowledge ofcompliance standards for websites and business plans ofonline gambling platforms. Expertise incontract law and intellectual property law.
