Range manager in Everstar

Now we are looking for Range manager for our client — one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Required skills and experience:

• 1+ year in the position of project manager/project coordinator.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Experience in negotiations.
• Experience in communication with military will be an advantage.

Your duties links:

• Communication with the administration testing grounds flights.
• Preparation and approval of flight schedules.
• Preparation of necessary documents, certificates, passes for employees and obtaining flight permits.
• Obtaining other permissions regarding the activities of employees.
• Accompanying teams to the training ground, solving force majeure situations.
• Searching for new polygons and establishing cooperation with them.
• Remote resolution of conflict situations, including at roadblocks during employee business trips.
