The AST (Agrarian System Technologies) company announces a competition for the position of "Land selection project manager"!

Requirements for the candidate:

Tasks:

• Organization of the selection of traditional lands to increase crops companies in accordance with approved production plans, coordination of regional land departments;
• work with local competitors and farmers facing financial problems (direct selection, sublease, investment contracts, purchase of lease rights and corporate rights in exceptional cases etc.);
• monitoring of regional auctions for reserve lands; ? 
• monitoring of auctions for the sale of land with existing encumbrances;
• monitoring of the land bank in key OTGs (our fields and main competitors) for possible selection;
• search and working with potential heirs regarding the registration/claiming of ownership rights to property rights in cultivated areas.
