Limited Liability Company "Biscuit Complex "Roshen" in Boryspil announces a competition for the position of "Quality Controller" Main duties: Carry out incoming quality control of raw materials and auxiliary materials, finished products (physico-chemical, organoleptic indicators, presence of pests) Accept decisions on the conformity of raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to the results of control and blocking in case of non-conformity Carry out the selection of raw material samples and their transfer to the microbiological laboratory Carry out timely calibration of analytical equipment and measuring equipment, monitor the serviceability and timely maintenance of laboratory equipment at workplaces , where analyzes are performed Carry out a random check of the storage conditions (climatic conditions) of raw materials and auxiliary materials in warehouses Prepare reports based on the results of testing: keep logs, protocols of analyzes, enter data and results of analyzes into the program established at the enterprise Participate in the development of internal instructions that regulate the work of the unit Carry out sanitary audits and participate in other inspections at the enterprise, control the quality of sanitary processing at the production site. Requirements for the candidate: Higher, in biological, chemical or food specialties Work experience from the 1st year Possession of the basic methods of conducting physical and chemical analyzes (titration, determination of the content of dry substances, determination of pH, fat, protein, moisture in products, etc.) Knowledge of the basic requirements for the work of production laboratories, work with chemical reagents Skills of working with laboratory equipment and dishes Ability to work with technical documentation (instructions for devices, control methods, regulatory documentation) Knowledge of the main legislative requirements for food products and feed. Knowledge of a basic level of English is desirable (ability to read and translate with a dictionary).
