Responsibilities:

  • develop, implement and carry out reasonable standardization of labor processes of various types of work (with unit and hourly forms of payment) performed in the Company on the basis of the use of inter-industry, industry and other modern standards for labor standardization;
  • draw up draft calendars plans for the revision of norms based on the organizational and technical measures determined before implementation to ensure the growth of labor productivity;
  • check the current labor norms in order to identify false or irrelevant norms and timely carry out work on their replacement and bring them to the employees;
  • calculate the time spent on the drawings for the production of the first samples of products, experimental batches of products, equipment and devices;
  • conduct research directly at workplaces and study the level of compliance with the norms of labor processes and deviations from them;
  • establish time (production) norms for one-time and additional work related to deviations from technological processes and the established order.
