Labor economist (network motivation) in Kredi Agrikol, bank

Functional duties:< /p>

• Development and support of motivation programs for Bank and NGO network employees, analysis of their effectiveness;
• Development and updating of relevant internal documents;

• Calculation / analysis of the fixed / variable parts of the remuneration of the specified functions;
• Preparation of relevant reports, HR analyst;
• Participation in the budgeting process. 

Requirements for candidates :

• Full higher education; 
• A confident PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel (advance level), Power Point);
• Knowledge of Power BI and MS Access will be an advantage;
• Experience work in a similar position;
• Proficiency in English (not below Intermediate);
• Responsibility, self-organization, attentiveness;
• Ability and desire to work in a team.
