Requirements:

• complete higher education in the relevant field of training at the educational and qualification level of master, specialist (economic cybernetics) < /li>
• work experience as a payroll economist for not less than 2 years;
• knowledge of 1C (8th version);
• knowledge of wage payment forms and systems, the procedure for pricing work, setting salaries, allowances, allowances and coefficients for salary, calculation of bonuses, etc.;
• analytical abilities;
• ability to work in a team;

Responsibilities:

• control over the correctness of the establishment of tariff rates and estimates, surcharges, allowances and coefficients to the ZP for the tariffication of works and the establishment of grades and categories, compliance with work regimes and rest;
• control of the spent wage fund;
• control of the calculation of bonuses in accordance with the approved regulations on bonuses;
• compilation of reports.

• observance of state guarantees in the payment of labor: payment of wages 2 times a month, payment of overtime and work on a day off;
• payment of monthly and quarterly bonuses in accordance with the Regulation on bonuses;
• full social package in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the collective agreement in force at the enterprise;
• reservation of conscripted employees (according to the Resolution CMU dated 09.10.2020 No. 1109 on the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine dated 07.09.2020 No. 1 DSK the enterprise belongs to the objects of critical infrastructure);
• professional and career growth;
• working hours: MON-THURS 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, FRI 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM.
