The distribution network on the territory of Ukraine is represented by 36 branches. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a "Labor Economist" to join our dynamic team.

Obov' links:

• Develop staff list for structural divisions for the future period and within the framework of strategic planning, ensure their presence in structural divisions.
• Develop work modes for employees of regional divisions
  Participate in the development of relevant organizational management structures by divisions.
• Calculate the planned wage fund for employees of regional units based on the actual indicators of the month.
• Check the correctness of awarding bonuses to employees in accordance with the approved motivation systems.
• Conduct an analysis of the use of the wage fund of employees of structural divisions.
• Conduct monitoring and analysis of salary levels by position.
• Set the forks of the ZP within the limits of the current forms and systems of labor remuneration.
  Participate in the development of employee motivation systems.
• Calculate standards, analyze their quality, relevance, implement technically sound labor standards.
