Our expectations from the candidate:

• Keep track of labor and salary indicators, analyze the expenditure of the labor fund, prepare prescribed reports . 
• Work with primary documentation for further submission to the accounting department for timely calculation and payment of wages. 
• Develop rational work regimes, shift schedules for teams, divisions and monitor their implementation.
• Determine premiums based on current regulations.
• Participate in :

  - drafting long-term and annual labor and salary plans;

  - developing the organizational structure and staff list, making changes to them, submitting them for approval according to the established procedure;

  - preparation of the draft collective agreement, amendments to it and control over its implementation;

  - development of provisions on bonuses and other material incentives, control over the correctness of their use ;

  - development and implementation of measures to strengthen labor discipline, reduce staff turnover, strengthen control over the use of working time and compliance with the rules of internal labor order.

• To perform work on the formation, management and preservation of a database on labor and wages, the number of employees, to make changes to reference and regulatory information used in data processing. 
• Enter into the automated system information related to the staff list and staff units, as well as changes to them, control its completeness and reliability. 

You are suitable if you have:

• Complete higher education in the relevant field of study (master's degree, specialist). 
• Experience in the field - at least 2 years.
