We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Manager to ensure the financial transactions of customers and combat fraud.
Formula 2nd Line Support team:
• Friendly and open team of 9 specialists;
• The possibility of transition to other levels - Middle/Senior and the corresponding increase in salary and expansion of responsibilities;
• Motivation system for detecting anti-fraud;
• Openness of management to agents, their wishes, changes, feedback.
What you will do:
• Conducting verification and payouts to players;
• Conducting player fraud checks;
• Enforcement of regulations;
• Communication with other departments regarding KYC/player payouts;
• Fulfillment of set KPI criteria.
What you will need for this:
• 6+ months of KYC experience, antifraud payments;
• Experience in the IGaming field;
• Knowledge of software and operating systems at the level of a confident user;
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with numbers, analyze;
• Ability to make important decisions;
• Stress resistance, multitasking, responsibility.
