Future tasks:

• consult, receive, register, accompany and monitor user requests for software, information services and IT equipment problems.
• install software updates on user workstations
• install software providing users
• restoring user workstations and peripherals to a standard state using remote access tools and using advanced rights in the domain
• advising employees of external companies
• informing users about new and existing information services
• to train and provide advice to the staff of other structural units of the Bank within the functional limits of the unit
