Several modules have already been successfully migrated, and both the old and new systems are currently running in production. This project aims to complete the migration.Required Skills:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer with the following qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.At least 2 years of experience working with Kotlin for backend development.Basic experience with Python or a willingness to learn Python/Flask.Ability to make minor changes to the frontend, such as modifying API endpoint calls from Python to Kotlin.Proficiency in the following technologies: Kotlin (backend), Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Docker, microservices/mini services.Basic exposure to frontend development or an openness to handle minimal frontend changes.Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.Responsibilities:Participate in daily sync meetings.Take ownership of the migration project from start to finish (with support from the project lead).Collaborate closely with the team to ensure successful project delivery.
