Right now we are looking for a Key international account support manager for the International operations department

Key responsibilities:

• Cooperating with international partners in all routine queries/requests, as well as their operational support
• Holding operational meetings with key international partners
• Outlining technical specifications for refinement of internal systems and processes
• Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, controlling activities in operational departments based on these reports
• Participating in ongoing and strategical projects related to international shipment delivery

A successful candidate meets the following requirements:

•  English language (Advanced level or above are preferred), with a focus on verbal skills
• Excel advanced user (working with tables, data, operational reports)
• Operational support experience for internal and external customers is preferred
• Ability to set goals to cross-functional teams
• International logistics or e-commerce experience is preferred
