The CPD division is L’Oréal groups largest division made up of 30k employees worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesJoining the team as a Key Account Manager, you will establish, manage and develop long-term partnerships with key retailers to increase sales and brand awareness.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, implement, track and update joint business plans Conduct commercial negotiations with customers and formalize trading terms in line with company strategy and objectives. Create a plan, define KPIs and set targets for each partner Present new products to existing and potential partners Ensure operational excellence in day-to-day business operations through effective planning, forecasting, communication, anticipation, consistent measurement of results and proactive implementation of corrective action or training. Analyze and interpret partner sales reports to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.
