Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the sales plan
- Market analysis, strategic and tactical sales planning li>
- Organization and participation in regional conferences
- Conducting round tables, presentations
- Monitoring the execution of a cyclical task and implementation of a marketing strategy
- Development and implementation of projects that generate sales
- Participation in the development of field instructions together with the marketing department
- Analysis of sales results on a weekly basis
- Implementation of a strategic plan for the development of the dental sector clinics
- Making agreements in clinics with decision-makers (owners/directors of clinics), conducting negotiations on the terms of cooperation, presenting company products, concluding agreements for the supply of goods to the clinic
- Weekly reporting in the CRM system. Implementation of the company's standards for internal reporting
- Implementation of an optimal plan of activities with clients of dental clinics and with the recommendations of the department of trade marketing and client characteristics
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships within the framework of interaction with clients on the basis of a joint business plan

Requirements:
- Education: higher
- Work experience: from 2 years in the field of FMCG, Pharma or Stomat sales (preferred)
- Skills for working on a PC with special software (1C, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word knowledge of Photoshop)
- Qualities: attention to detail, scrupulousness, focus, analytical mindset, responsibility, decency, honesty.
