In the division of L'Oreal's mass demand products our mission is to democratize the best in beauty, which means giving beauty to everyone and making it accessible. L'Oreal's consumer products division is represented by L'Oreal Paris, the world's No. 1 cosmetics brand, Maybelline New York, the world's No. 1 make-up brand, Garnier, the No. 1 natural brand, and NYX Professional Makeup. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Account Managerwill debug, monitor and develop long-term partnerships with the largest national chains.
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with customers, implementation, tracking and updating of joint business plans
- Conducting commercial negotiations with customers and formalizing trade terms in accordance with the company's strategy and goals< /li>
- Creating a plan, defining KPIs and setting goals for each partner
- Presenting new products to existing and potential partners
- Ensuring operational excellence in daily business operations through effective planning, forecasting, communications, forecasting, consistently measuring results and proactively implementing corrective actions or training
- Analyzing and interpreting partner sales reports to identify strengths and weaknesses and business opportunities
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- You have experience of building partnerships with large chains and participating in annual negotiations with clients for at least 2 years
- You able to manage P&L of clients, skillfully apply methods of increasing profitability and effectiveness of promotional activities
- Have developed analytical skills, show attention to details, high level of accuracy in working with numbers
- Experienced user of the MS package Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
- English language skills above average
