Key Account Manager (FMCG) in Goldman Recruitment

For our Client, international manufacturing company in the FMCG (food) industry, we are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Poland.Responsibilities:implementation of set sales targets,initiating activities aimed at maximizing sales results,building lasting relationships with customers,preparing offers and researching customer needs,commercial negotiations,up-selling and aftersales,organizing sales meetings,reporting to the supervisor,analyzing competition, market and sales.Requirements:several years of experience in a similar position,higher education, preferably economic,proficient computer skills - MS Office package (with emphasis on Excel),ability to work with databases and conduct analyses,fluency in Polish, Ukrainian and very good knowledge of English, allowing for free business communication with external clients,readiness for frequent business travel,desired qualities: energetic, communicative, ability to work independently and in a team,driving license,readiness to work in Poland.We offer:stable employment conditions based on the Employment Contract or B2B contract,basic salary + financial bonus,work in an international company,necessary work tools,private medical care,hybrid work mode.
