We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager with experience sales of complex IT solutions to large companies and corporations in Ukraine. Our ideal candidate has his own portfolio of successful cases and satisfied CxO clients. You will manage customer relationships from first contact to repeat sales, will be able to connect experts from different technological areas at each stage of the customer life cycle, and will be personally responsible for the execution of the sales plan. We, in turn, offer you a competitive compensation package, opportunities for development and flexibility in the organization of the work process.

Responsibilities:
• Constant analysis and study of the market and competitive environment
• Finding and attracting new customers of the Corporate and Large Enterprise segments
• Full customer support: from the first contact to repeat sales
• Analysis and identification of customer needs, consulting in selecting the right products and solutions
• Preparation of commercial proposals, calculation of business cases and ROI for the client, their presentation, argumentation and approval
• Management of commercial negotiations, preparation and conducting of presentations for clients
• Organization and support of technical presentations with involvement of pre-sales and delivery teams, management of pilot projects
• Agreeing project deadlines and monitoring their compliance
• Participation in tenders, events and thematic meetings aimed at increasing sales volumes
• Preparation and conclusion of contracts
• Control of customer invoicing and receivables
• Control of profitability of each specific project and own client base in general
• Building friendly, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, control of their satisfaction and returns (NPS and Churn Rate)

Requirements:
• Experience in IT companies and sales to Corporate and Large Enterprise customers: 7+ years
• Proven development experience own client base and building long-term relationships with target persons at the C-level market of IT services
• Skills in preparing and conducting presentations, experience in public speaking will be an advantage
• Analytical skills, ability to workdeal with large amounts of data and find insights from it
• Ability to negotiate, deal with objections and resolve complex issues
• Experience in different types of contracts for the supply or purchase of IT services, such as fixed price, T&M, hybrid, success based, etc.
