• Ensuring smooth operation and administration of the IT infrastructure based on Microsoft software.
• Implementation of new IT systems.< /li>
• Technical support for users. Implementation of service regulations.
• Maintaining the relevance of operational documentation.

Professional competencies:

• Knowledge of construction principles corporate services based on Microsoft software.
• Knowledge of client and server OS Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office.
• Understanding AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, terminal services, print service.

• Desirable experience in supporting users and setting up office equipment (computers, phones, printers, scanners).
• Knowledge of the theory of building networks.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of virtual environments.
