Junior UX/UI designer (no experience) in Bobrovskiy D. V., FOP

We are looking for a Junior UX/UI designer from with minimal or even no experience. If you've just finished your courses or have your own portfolio, it's time to take it to the next level.

What will you do:

• Create UX/UI design for sites, web services, mobile applications

• Develop prototypes, user scenarios and interface structures

• Work in Figma: from wireframes to finished layouts

• Collaborate with front-end developers, copywriters and marketing team

• Analyze user experience, make adjustments, improve product usability

• Get feedback from mentors and grow in skills

What we expect:

• Basic knowledge of Figma and the basics of UX/UI design

• Ability to work with composition, typography, colors

• Understanding the logic of building interfaces, navigation, adaptability

• Availability of a portfolio (can be from courses or independent works)

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, ask questions and develop

• Minimum experience - up to 1 year or no experience, but with a base and motivation

Terms:

• Salary: UAH 34,000 - 36,000 + bonuses for initiative, speed and quality of project execution

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00

• Work format: office only (Kyiv), live team interaction, no remote format

• Internship: paid from the first day, with mentorship support

• Office: modern, with all amenities - kitchen, coffee machine, goodies, focus work and relaxation areas

• Real projects, not "mockups for the sake of mockups"

• The possibility of growth to Middle UI/UX designer — and not in years, but within 6-12 months with good results
