Junior UX/UI Designer - marketing team (Warsaw) in SKELAR

Now we are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer, who will focus on creating and improving the quality of landing pages, analyze the market and follow their trends in the domain area, research user behavior on the marketing part of the funnel and analyze the results of your design solutions.

What challenges await:

— Designing effective and adaptive landing pages;
—Creation of user-flow on landing pages;
—Generation and testing of new hypotheses on landings;
—Analysis of funnels of direct and indirect competitors;
—Analysis of user behavior through internal analytics tools;
—Work closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts.

What's important to us:

— From 1 year of work in the field of web design;
— Possession of the Figma tool at a high level;
—Knowledge of the basics of composition, typography and color;
— Business orientation - design is not for the sake of beauty, but primarily for the sake of increasing conversion;
— The ability to present information in a structured manner (results of the conducted research; presentation of the concept; ideas for brainstorming);
— Ability to argue your decisions;
— Ability to accept constructive feedback;
