Junior UX/UI Designer in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that not only develops, but also promotes its own product. We are currently looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team.

Requirements:

• From 1 year of experience in the role of UX/UI designer;
• High level of mastery of Figma (components, options, variables, design systems);
• Current visuals in the portfolio, understanding of market trends;
• Ability to create layouts according to best practices for correct transfer to development;
• Understanding the principles of usability and UX methodologies;
• Experience in creating responsive/adaptive design;
• Analytical and creative thinking;
• Experience of participating in design implementation in frontend and backend development;
• Attention to details and perfectionism in the approach to work;
• Proactiveness - it is important to us that you not only perform tasks, but also offer improvement;

Responsibilities:

• Designing interface screens and their interactive prototypes;
• Designing the structure and navigation, describing the principles of the interface and patterns;
• Work closely with developers;
• Communicate ideas and solutions to cross-functional development teams and stakeholders;
• Regular audit of the company's product line to improve UI/UX.
