Main tasks
- Conducting office research ( collection and the study of information) on relevant topics according to our projects (general information, reports, reviews of products, brands, services, etc.)
- Recruitment of participants to participate in research (work with potential audience databases, cold recruiting tactics in social networks , in places where the target audience gathers, etc.).
- Preparation and conducting research:
– in-depth interviews
– usability testing
– quantitative research using complex methodologies ( we will teach :) )
– ethnographic studies. - Preparation of relevant analytical reports based on research results.
- Presentation to stakeholders.
- “ Bonus", we actively involve researchers at the stages of product creation.
Competences and experience
- Owning the methods and tools for conducting relevant research.
- Practical experience of recruiting respondents for research projects.
- Practical experience of conducting in-depth interviews from 1 year.
- Possessing skills of describing persons, User Job Stories .
- English language – upper-intermediate (knowledge of other languages will be an additional advantage). p.s. If yours is at least intermediate (B1), but you are actively studying, write, maybe start with Ukrainian projects.
- Possessing Figma software and prototyping skills will be an added advantage.
